Ex-head of State Ibrahim Babangida’s daughter, Halimat Babangida and her husband Auwal Abdullahi’s tied the knot yesterday. The Crème de la Crème of the Nigerian political system attended the wedding, arriving at the event venue in more than 30 private jets. The private jets of the influential people landed in Minna solely for Halimat Babangida’s wedding. Nigerians took to social media to react to this affluent show of wealth.
